I keep this bottle on my nightstand and one spritz on my pillow before bed is enough to make the room feel calm without being overpowering. It's just water and lavandin oil, which is exactly what I wanted after checking the ingredient list.
The lavender scent is strong but not sharp—you can tell it's genuinely steam-distilled from the lavandin, not some perfumey mix. I spritzed my pillowcase and the calm lasted well past my head hitting it. Glad it's also Leaping Bunny certified, makes the purchase feel even better.
