Suggested use: Open cap and breathe deep! Try adding 2 -5 drops onto a handkerchief and breathe in frequently. Make sure to have it handy in your car to keep calm during traffic hour... try applying some to your seatbelt shoulder strap. In the evening, a few drops can also be helpful to get a good night's sleep.

Diffuse: Add up to five drops per ½ cup water.

Massage: Mix up to ten drops per tablespoon carrier oil, massage on temples and all over the body.

Bath: Dilute up to ten drops in one tablespoon of carrier oil prior to adding to bath.

Warning: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only!
Gently inhale vapor of oil. Do not sniff oil into nostril.
