I was skeptical a blend this small could do much, but one drop of that spikenard and geranium mix on my wrist before bed genuinely slowed my racing thoughts. The clary sage gives it a soft, herbal grounding that lasts a couple of hours without being cloying.
The tiny 0.5 fl oz bottle is more potent than I expected—one drop on my wrist is enough to calm my whole evening. The lavender and spikenard blend is grounding without being heavy, and it lasts a good few hours.
The geranium note stands out more than I expected, which makes it feel softer and less sleepy than straight lavender. I’ve been dabbing a drop on my wrist before bed and the steam-distilled purity really shows—no synthetic edge at all.
