Cocoa Butter (1 lb bag)

Tossed a chunk in a double boiler and it melted smooth with that rich, earthy cocoa smell—the one-pound bag is plenty for a batch of body butter and a few recipes. Solid at room temp, so I just warm the jar in my hands before using.

I was a little nervous about the melting process, but the double boiler trick from the description worked perfectly and the whole bag softened into a smooth, silky liquid. It definitely solidifies back up at room temperature like it says, but that makes it super easy to measure out for my DIY lotion
