The ingredient list is refreshingly short—just purified water and fir oil—so I feel good using it on my work desk when the air gets stale. A couple of spritzes clears my head without any cloying sweetness, and the 4 oz bottle has lasted me over a month of daily use.
I spritzed this on my pillow before bed and that fir scent is so clean and grounding, not perfumey at all. It's just purified water and one essential oil, which is exactly the kind of minimal ingredient list I look for. The 4 oz bottle has lasted me over a month of daily use.
